Cheap flights to Jamaica. Air Jamaica seems to have the cheapest flights to Jamaica. Fly out from Chicago, non stop Air Jamaica and it's $199 each way. We also did cheaptickets.com and paid $1,000 for a direct flight to Jamaica from NYC to Negril.
